Merchandising & Logistics Executive - LUXURY RETAIL - S$4000

We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Merchandising & Logistics Executive to join our team. You will be the backbone of our operational excellence, ensuring that our supply chain, inventory, and logistics function with the same precision and sophistication our brand represents. You will be responsible for maintaining the seamless flow of goods, upholding rigorous internal standards, and supporting our internal stakeholders and boutiques in delivering a world-class client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence: Orchestrate end-to-end merchandising and logistics operations, managing the import/export cycle, order processing, and warehousing with impeccable attention to detail.
• Fulfillment Strategy: Ensure timely, accurate, and seamless fulfillment to support internal teams and boutiques, consistently meeting the high expectations of our clientele.
• Operational Stewardship: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational costs, managing third-party logistics (3PL) partners to ensure our service quality reflects the brand’s premium status.
• Inventory Integrity: Maintain rigorous accuracy in inventory records and system updates, providing real-time visibility and ensuring operational fluidity across all channels.
• Compliance & Audit Readiness: Uphold the highest standards of internal control procedures, ensuring full compliance and audit readiness in every aspect of inventory management.
• Documentation & Compliance: Manage complex shipment documentation, ensuring strict adherence to international regulatory, safety, and operational requirements.
• Process Optimization: Actively contribute to process improvement initiatives, system enhancements, and strategic operational projects to drive continuous growth.

Requirements

• Experience: 3–5 years in retail operations, merchandising, or logistics, preferably within a luxury, premium fashion, or lifestyle retail environment.
• Able to commence within short notice is preferred.
• Systems Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Good understanding of Singapore’s import/export regulations, Customs procedures, and TradeNet/Customs declarations.
• Operational Agility: Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities while maintaining high aesthetic and operational standards.
