Job Description - Operation & Procurement Executive

In your capacity as an executive, you shall be responsible primarily for but no limiting to the following:

a) C & C support

  • Assist to sort out confirmed job order and issue job order sheet to Warehouse Team.
  • Check and verify inventory and logistics requirement accurately generated by Sales Team and Warehouse Team.
  • Co-ordinate closely, effectively, and efficiently with Sales Team, Operations Team and Warehouse Team.
  • Hold regular discussion with Project Team and Operation Team over confirmed job to ensure resources are adequate and available for execution.
  • Provide assistance in daily manpower planning & operation schedule.

b) Sales Support & Administrative Work

  • Provide support to Sales & Project Team.
  • Assist to submit safety documentation to the relevant government authorities as and when Project Team raises the request.
  • Assist to handle sales enquiries and phone enquiries.

c) Procurement Dept

  • Replenish material and stock for Warehouse Department Team.
  • Issue purchase order or send email confirmation to supplier.
  • Source material; verify and compare costing to ensure the principle of value for money is adhered to all times.
  • Supplier liaison; amongst others eg. Provision of drawing and/or layout; articulate project requirements clearly, accurately, and efficiently; conduct comprehensive negotiation not limiting to costing, terms of payment, timing, location and mode of delivery and etc.
  • Assist in the preparation of management report.
  • Any other adhoc job assigned

Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at least GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent.

- Full-Time position(s) available.

- Good interpersonal skills in cross-cultural settings.

- Good command of English, together with excellent presentation and writing skills.

- Good team player with strong commercial acumen & passion for challenges.

- Experience within a fast paced, rapidly growing business environment.

- Able to multi-task with high level of initiative & able to work independently.

- Proficient in MS Office application: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

- 2 years of working experience.

- Entry Level will be considered too.

- Training will be provided.
