Operation Executive

Responsibilities:

• Fleet Management - ensure efficient fleet utilization by planning and coordinating two-way travel routes. This minimizes empty runs and maximizes vehicle productivity.
• Pre-Gate and Driver Movement Coordination - Coordinate the pre-gate process by arranging drivers' entry into operational zones and managing their movement efficiently to support seamless job execution.
• Driver Communication - maintain consistent and clear communication with all drivers. This includes relaying job instructions, addressing on-road issues, and coordinating any changes in schedule or routing.
• Job Sheet Updates - update the job sheet promptly as drivers submit photo evidence of job progress or completion. Accurate record-keeping supports real-time job tracking and accountability.
• Additional Cost Recording - log all additional costs that may arise during job execution, including but not limited to tolls, permits, or special handling charges. Ensure these are documented in the system with supporting information.
• Job Closure - close jobs in the system once all required tasks are completed and verified. This includes receiving final inputs from drivers and confirming with relevant departments.
• Maintenance and Inspection Planning - develop and maintain a regular maintenance and inspection schedule for all vehicles and trailers. This ensures fleet safety, regulatory compliance, and minimizes downtime.

Requirements:

• Diploma holder and above with ISO-Tank handling.
• Priority given to experienced applicants with Maritime and Logistics Background.
• Good behaviour and attitude.
• Good team player.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Platform.
• Able to understand, speak and write english (Other languages will be additional advantage).
