Operation Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Operations Executive to support the day-to-day operations of our logistics and supply chain activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating shipments, liaising with customers and vendors, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining accurate operational records. This role requires strong coordination skills, the ability to multitask, and a customer-centric mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics operations, including inbound and outbound shipments.
• Plan and arrange transportation with third-party logistics providers, freight forwarders, and couriers.
• Monitor shipment schedules and ensure on-time delivery to customers.
• Prepare and process shipping documents, delivery orders, invoices, packing lists, and customs documentation where required.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, warehouses, and transport vendors to ensure smooth operational flow.
• Track shipment status and proactively resolve delivery delays or operational issues.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support regular stock reconciliation.
• Coordinate warehouse activities, including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Generate operational reports and update internal systems accurately.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Operations Manager.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse, or transportation operations.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of import/export procedures and shipping documentation is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Experience using ERP, WMS, or SAP systems will be an added advantage.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
