Operation Executive, Export (Logistics/East/3.2k/5 days)

Responsibilities:

• Act as a main coordinator on daily operation with our clients and internal departments.
• Handling airline bookings and procedures.
• Follow up daily shipments orders and prepare full set of export documents
• Handle customers enquires, quotations, oversee agent correspondence and offering solutions.
• Handling Pre-Alert to destination offices/agents.
• Printout HAWB, manifest & MAWB to airlines
• Billing for local deliveries and verify vendors’ invoices.
• Issue invoice to customers and agents.
• Check job costing for every file handled and ensure no loss.
• Scanning of documents and filing into Kendox Archive.
• Follow up daily shipments orders and prepare full set of export documents.
• Perform any other related tasks as required or assigned by manager.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in airfreight operations (export), freight forwarding, or a similar role.
• Proven experience in airline bookings, HAWB/MAWB preparation, and shipment documentation.
• Strong understanding of airfreight procedures, airline bookings, and cargo documentation.
• Ability to prepare and verify HAWB, MAWB, and shipping manifests.
• Familiarity with export documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin).
