Job Description

• Prepare and process all air export cargo documentation, shipping documents, and customs declarations accurately and timely.
• Coordinate daily operational activities and shipment transactions with internal departments, customers, overseas agents, airlines, and service providers.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, customs regulations, security requirements, and industry standards.
• Track and monitor shipment movements, proactively updating customers and stakeholders on shipment status and any operational issues.
• Maintain accurate operational records and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Undertake any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time.
• Handle all air export-related enquiries and provide timely support to internal and external.

Job Requirements

• ITE, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• Candidates with relevant experience in air freight, freight forwarding, or logistics operations are preferred. Entry-level candidates with a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of air export procedures, shipping documentation, and customs regulations will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Able to multitask, prioritize workload, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Meticulous, responsible, and attentive to details.
• Positive attitude, team player, and willing to learn and adapt to operational requirements.
• Able to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
