Operations Executive

KenShop is seeking a dependable and hands-on Operations Executive to support our vending, field operations and retail distribution network across Singapore.

This role requires independence, strong ownership and good operational follow-through. The successful candidate will manage assigned routes, maintain service standards across vending and retail locations, coordinate outlet requirements, and provide timely updates to the operations team.

Candidates who demonstrate strong ownership, reliability, operational discipline and good performance may be considered for future progression within the Operations team.

Responsibilities

• Service assigned vending machine locations, distributor outlets and retail partner outlets across Singapore.

• Manage product replenishment and presentation standards across assigned locations.

• Conduct routine checks on vending machines and coordinate follow-up actions where required.

• Escalate machine faults, stock discrepancies, outlet feedback and operational issues promptly.

• Support vending machine deployment, relocation and site setup when required.

• Liaise professionally with outlet personnel, distributors and site representatives.

• Plan and manage daily routes to ensure timely completion of assigned visits.

• Maintain accurate service records, stock movement updates and driving logs.

• Support other operational requirements as assigned.

  Requirements

• Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence.

• Able to travel across Singapore and handle stock movement as part of daily operations.

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality and follow-through.

• Able to communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders.

• Able to support standby duties on a rotational weekend basis when required.

• Relevant experience in field operations, vending operations, retail distribution, merchandising or basic maintenance will be an advantage.
