Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Executive. The Operations Executive will support day-to-day logistical operational activities, ensuring efficiency and alignment with operational goals. Responsibilities include managing logistical operational processes, liasing with partners, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with company standards and policies. The role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.\

Key Responsibilities

• Execute multi-modal freight operations across air, sea, and land transport
• Process import/export documentation and permit declarations via TradeNet
• Coordinate shipments with overseas agents, carriers, and local service providers
• Handle cargo operations using CCN hub and freight management systems
• Manage transport document execution (AWB/BL) and cargo insurance arrangements
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality standard

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 1 - 3 years of freight forwarding, or related field operations experience across multiple transport modes.
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and manage multiple priorities
• Prior experience in a similar role or in a fast-growing company is beneficial
