Duties and Responsibilities
Operations
1. Handle and monitor warehouse activities (e.g. pest control, cleaning services, inventory management) according to SG Diagnostics Quality Management system
2. Co-ordinate with logistics services for the delivery of goods
3. Processing of sales order to fulfil customer purchases
4. Ensure all required laboratory and events equipment calibration and maintenance status are kept up to date
5. Maintain proper documentation and filing of all records
Procurement
1. Source suppliers for equipment, materials and services.
2. Responsible for procurement administration (e.g. seeking procurement approval, issuing of purchase order)
3. Ensure proper documentation of procurement activities according to SG Diagnostics Quality Management System
Qualifications & Requirements
1. At least a Diploma or equivalent professional qualifications
2. Well-organized and meticulous
3. Good documentation habits and follow-up skills
4. Knowledgeable with use of SAP Business One
5. 1to 3 years of working experience related to operations
6. Prior work experience in an ISO13485 environment will be an advantage.
7. Able to work independently and in across functional team.
8. Good problem-solving, communication and time-management skills.
9. Proactive, responsible, results driven, highly self-motivated, adaptable and a self-learner.
