Operations Executive

Operational Leadership

·       Lead and supervise a team of supervisors, assistants, and contractors to consistently maintain high operational standards to meet DC KPIs.

·       Oversee end-to-end warehouse activities, ensuring productivity, efficiency, and cost-effective operations.

·       Ensure excellent customer account handling with zero complaints by maintaining high service levels and operational accuracy.

Inventory & Process Management

·       Maintain 100% accuracy in inventory tracking, including physical stock counts and documentation of any shrinkage.

·       Investigate and escalate unresolved inventory discrepancies or operational issues to the immediate superior.

·       Support the implementation of warehouse management best practices and adapt proactively to operational changes or shifting business priorities.

Safety & Compliance

·       Enforce safe work practices and ensure compliance with Company safety procedures and regulatory guidelines.

People Management

·       Monitor staff performance, attendance, and discipline; take corrective or disciplinary action where required.

·       Foster a positive and productive work environment through coaching, communication, and performance feedback.

Projects & Administrative Support

·       Assist the Management / AOM / OM with assigned projects and ensure timely and accurate completion.

·       Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned to support the overall efficiency of DC operations.

Requirements:

• At least two years of relevant experience as an Operations Executive in warehouse environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic formulas, charts); PowerBI for reporting will be a plus

• Strong documentation skills—able to write clear SOPs, workflows, and process maps (Visio is a plus)

• Ability to work as an individual and contribute as a team in a fast-paced environment

• Comfortable to work 5. 5 days per week
