Responsibilities

• Lead inventory control and warehouse support operations
• Manage cycle counts, stock reconciliations and inventory investigations
• Maintain inventory accuracy and resolve stock discrepancies
• Perform WMS Super User functions and support system enhancements
• Develop SOPs and operational documentation
• Generate operational reports and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Supervise and coach operational teams to achieve KPIs
