Planning Manager

Yamal Trade Pte. Ltd., a subsidiary of Yamal LNG Joint Venture, is a company incorporated in Singapore which business is linked to LNG and Stable Gas Condensate produced in Yamal LNG plant located at Yamal Peninsula, by transporting and selling these commodities to Europe and Asia with a 28 carrier fleets.

The Planning (ADP) Manager is to actively support the Marketing and ADP teams. The incumbent needs to have understanding of LNG logistical chain, preferably have prior experience with LNG SPAs and have excellent communication and negotiation skills to be able to receive information from various sources (including LNG buyers), coordinate and present recommendations to management in best possible and timely manner. Experience in a similar role or LNG commercial operations would be an advantage. He/She should also be capable to work under tight deadlines and pressure.

Job Description

1. Support the Management of transshipment facilities in Europe, as far as contracts, scheduling, gas sales nominations, inventory management are concerned.
2. Engage with potential users of Terminal capacity, negotiate the operational schedule and conclude sub-let agreements.
3. Engage with in-tank-sellers of LNG for tank inventory management.
4. Actively support the LNG Annual Delivery Plan process for all Yamal Trade LNG Buyers.
5. Prepare notices for LNG Buyers and keep track of LNG Buyer/ Seller requests, events, up-to-date deliveries.
6. Prepare reports for shareholders and management.
7. Prepare specific data for the annual business plan with respect to volumes and cargoes to be delivered to each LNG Buyer.

Requirements

• Technical expertise in LNG terminal operations and carrier loading/discharge procedures is highly valued.
• Prior experience drafting commercial agreements and navigating LNG SPAs is a distinct advantage.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), analytical skills, attention to detail, and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent relationship‑management and communication skills, proactive problem‑solving mindset and ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
