Planning Manager (Freight Forwarder) (up to $7000)

Position: Planning Manager (Freight Forwarder)
Salary: up to $7000
Working Day: 5 Days
Working Hour: 9am-6.30pm
Working Location: Alps Ave (nearest MRT Changi Airport)

Job Responsibilities:

• Arrange full or partial charters for capital equipment of all cargo weights, sizes, and shapes.
• Give the appropriate airlines the aircraft loading plan. For final approval from the airline load master, make the necessary revisions.
• Arrange ULD packing materials in accordance with loading specifications.
• To build up actual cargo, provide a cargo load plan and collaborate with warehouse operations.
• The freight management crew receives ongoing training so they can execute load plans for capital equipment of varying sizes.
• Ongoing training for warehouse operations to carry out load plans on real freight, although physical dimensions may vary, the ability to build up actual cargo is as crucial.
• To maximize yield and reduce airline procurement costs, make sure cargo planning is at its optimal payable load.
• Collaborate closely with customer service to ensure that the load plan is prepared for numerous modifications brought on by client changes.
• Work together with the warehouse and customer service teams to schedule shipments for uplift on time.
• The ability to think critically and solve problems quickly when actual freight loading differs from the packing list in terms of physical dimensions.
• Gather disparities and maintain accurate data to guarantee appropriate feedback and progress between the shipper and the business.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience working as a planning manager.
