Port Operations Crew (Lashing / Container Handling) – Training Provided

We are hiring Port Operations Crew to support container lashing and basic terminal operations in a major port environment. No prior experience required as full training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Perform container lashing and unlashing activities safely

•⁠ ⁠Assist in securing and releasing containers on vessels

•⁠ ⁠Carry out basic manual handling and ground support duties

•⁠ ⁠Follow safety procedures and operational instructions strictly

•⁠ ⁠Work closely with supervisors and team members during vessel operations

•⁠ ⁠Maintain safety compliance within port operational zones

•⁠ ⁠Perform outdoor and physically demanding tasks

Requirements:

•⁠ ⁠No experience required (training provided)

•⁠ ⁠Must be physically fit and able to work in hot / outdoor environment

•⁠ ⁠Willing to work rotating shifts (12-hour shifts)

•⁠ ⁠Able to perform manual labour and climb/handle heights when required

Salary Package:

•⁠ ⁠Basic salary (Basing on interview performance + Working experience)

•⁠ ⁠Shift allowance / OT provided (if applicable)
