Who We Are Looking For & What Role You Will Play

As a Procurement Executive, you will play a key role in managing end-to-end procurement activities and

ensuring value, compliance, and operational efficiency across the organisation.

• Develop and execute effective procurement strategies and cost-saving initiatives

• Manage purchase requisitions, quotations, purchase orders, and sourcing activities in line with

company policies

• Conduct sourcing and evaluation of suppliers, including comparison of pricing, quality, terms, and

specifications

• Support and manage tender processes including requirements definition, evaluation, and award

recommendations

• Establish and maintain supplier contracts and agreements

• Monitor purchase commitments and ensure timely delivery of goods and services

• Ensure timely processing of invoices and coordination with Accounts for payment

• Manage supplier performance and conduct regular performance reviews

• Maintain contract database and track renewals and expiries

• Conduct supplier review meetings and ensure continuous improvement

• Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and external regulations

• Prepare and analyse monthly procurement reports

• Support ad-hoc procurement and contract-related duties as required

What Knowledge & Experience We Require From You

• Degree in any discipline (Engineering background preferred)

• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement and/or contract management

• Experience in SAP and MS Office applications

• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Resourceful, proactive, and detail-oriented

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills

• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively

• Strong command of written and spoken English

• Experience in security systems or technical procurement is an advantage
