Production Operator(North/Semicon)

The Opportunity

The Responsibilities 

• Operate and monitor semiconductor manufacturing equipment in accordance with established process specifications.
• Perform loading/unloading of materials and ensure compliance with Material and Lot Handling Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Work in a cleanroom environment while adhering to required PPE and safety protocols.
• Handle, sort, count, pack, and transfer materials within the production floor using carts and trolleys.
• Support production activities such as staging, tracking, and movement of materials across locations.
• Carry out general operational duties including packing/unpacking, consolidation of materials, and scrap handling.

The Requirements

• Minimum GCE N/O Level, SPM, or relevant work experience.
• Ability to understand and communicate in basic English to follow work instructions and safety requirements.
• Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts and perform prolonged standing work.
• Able to perform manual handling tasks (e.g., carrying materials up to approximately 15kg) in accordance with workplace safety guidelines.
• Basic computer skills are advantageous.
