Program Management Executive (Entry level)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned customer accounts and support customer relationship management activities.
• Serve as the key contact point between customers and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and follow-up.
• Support RFQ and quotation activities, including coordination of pricing, costing, and submission timelines.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Planning, Procurement, Quality, and Finance to support customer programs.
• Monitor project progress, customer requirements, and operational deliverables to ensure timely execution.
• Assist in customer meetings, business reviews, and account development activities.
• Support other commercial and operational coordination activities as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with 2–5 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Service, Program Management, Sales Support, or related roles will also be considered.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Strong coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
