Project Coordinator West

Our client is from the Logistic industry, a local leading player. They are looking for a Project Coordinator for the next phase of their business. They are located in West - Walking distance from MRT.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support project activities to ensure timely execution of assigned initiatives.
• Gather, compile, and analyze data to support operational planning and decision-making.
• Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and maintain project documentation.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and project implementation.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and provide support for continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum ITE qualification.
• Prior exposure to operations, logistics, supply chain, or related environments will be advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong analytical skills.
• Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Willing to travel between sites when required.
• Comfortable with occasional hands-on operational tasks.
