Project Supervisor (on-site)

Job Overview

Dropoff Logistic Pte Ltd is looking for a proactive and hands-on Project Supervisor (On-Site) to oversee daily site operations, coordinate manpower, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

This role requires someone who is able to lead teams on-site, solve operational issues quickly, and work closely with clients, subcontractors, and the operations team.

A valid Singapore Class 4 Driving Licence is a mandatory requirement for this position.

Working Hours

• Monday to Saturday
• 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Additional hours may be required based on project needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily on-site operations.
• Lead and manage site workers, drivers, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to schedule.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Coordinate deliveries, equipment, and manpower deployment.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Resolve operational issues promptly to minimize project delays.
• Maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation.
• Ensure proper care and usage of company vehicles, equipment, and tools.
• Drive Class 4 vehicles when required for operational support.

Requirements

• Valid Singapore Class 4 Driving License (Mandatory).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in site supervision, logistics, construction, or project operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiar with workplace safety practices.
• Physically fit and willing to work on-site.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supervising logistics, construction, or infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of project coordination and manpower planning.
