Purchasing Executive

Identifying, evaluating and sourcing suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and quality products

Preparing and issuing purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures

Negotiating terms, pricing and payment conditions with vendors to maximize value for money

Monitoring supplier performance and maintaining strong vendor relationships

Tracking inventory levels and coordinating with warehouse and operations teams

Processing invoices and resolving discrepancies between purchase orders, delivery notes and supplier invoices

Maintaining accurate purchasing records and documenting all procurement transactions

Liaising with internal departments to understand procurement requirements and specifications

Analyze purchasing data and identifying opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement

Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Daily visit to Outlets to ensure smooth running of operations.

Requirements：

Diploma or higher qualification in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field

1-2 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role

Strong knowledge of procurement procedures, vendor management and inventory control

Proficiency in procurement systems and MS Office applications

Excellent negotiation and communication skills

Strong organizational and time management abilities

Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record-keeping

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Familiarity with the beauty or consumer goods industry would be advantageous

Basic understanding of supply chain logistics and inventory management principles
