Quality Assurance Executive

Job overview:

We are seeking a proactive Senior/Quality Assurance Executive to ensure warehouse operations meet quality, safety, and compliance standards. You will oversee quality management processes, support audits, investigate quality issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain warehouse Quality Management System (QMS), SOPs, and quality documentation.
• Conduct quality inspections and audits across warehouse operations to ensure compliance with company and ISO standards.
• Investigate quality issues, customer complaints, and operational deviations, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Support QHSE initiatives by conducting safety inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Coordinate internal, external, customer, and regulatory audits, ensuring timely closure of audit findings.
• Support Change Request (CR) implementation and maintain accurate quality records.
• Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, productivity, and operational efficiency.
• Provide training and guidance to operations teams on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Logistics, Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
• 2–5 years’ experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing quality environment.
• Knowledge of ISO standards, audit processes, and quality management systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Trained with ISO 13485, SS620 GDPMDS, and GXP principles.
