What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain quality assurance processes across logistics operations
• Conduct audits, inspections, and ensure SOP compliance
• Investigate quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement CAPA
• Monitor KPIs and prepare quality performance reports
• Support ISO 9001 activities and continuous improvement initiatives
• Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance operational performance
