Regional Key Account Manager (3PL)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute regional account plans aligned with global customer strategies, while building strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive customer retention and long-term partnerships.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to increase revenue, profitability, cross-selling, and share of wallet across assigned technology accounts and regions.
• Act as the primary regional contact for strategic customers, leading business reviews, managing escalations, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and engagement.
• Drive pipeline development, support pricing and contract negotiations, and collaborate on business case development to achieve commercial objectives and sustainable growth.
• Leverage industry knowledge and market insights to help customers address supply chain challenges, improve resilience, optimize inventory, and enhance operational performance.
• Partner closely with global account teams, operations, solution design, engineering, and commercial stakeholders to deliver integrated logistics solutions and fulfill customer commitments.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business / Engineering
• At least 7 years of experience in 3PL
• Experience in managing Technology customers
