Sales Executive (Freight Forwarding / Air & Ocean) - Up to $6000

• Sales Executive (Freight Forwarding / Air & Ocean)
• Location: Near Rochor MRT
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Salary: Up to $6,000 basic + AWS + Commission + Transport allowance/reimbursement + Mobile Allowance + 14 days Annual leave + Medical + Flexi benefits
• Duration : Permanent
• Industry: Freight Forwarding

Main Responsibilities

• Source and develop new sales opportunities through cold calls, networking and existing industry contacts.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
• Develop strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Provide responsive customer service and follow up promptly on client requirements.
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets.
• Work closely with the Head of Sales on business development strategies.
• Maintain regular CRM updates and submit sales reports as required.

Requirements

• Higher Secondary, Pre-U, A-Level, Diploma, Degree or equivalent qualification.
• At least 1 year of sales experience in freight forwarding, preferably covering air and ocean freight.
• Proven track record in hunting, generating new business and achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
