Sales Executive (Freight Forwarding / Logistics)

• Position : Sales Executive (Freight Forwarding / Logistics)

• Location : Tampines Industrial Crescent

• Working hours : 5.25 working days, Monday-Friday 8:30- 5:30 ALTERNATE Saturday 8:30-12:30pm

• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Basic up to $3500+ Performance Bonus

• Duration : Perm

• Industry : Freight Forwarding Industry

Main Responsibilities:

• Promote air freight, ocean freight and logistics solutions to new and existing customers.

• Generate new business through cold calls, emails, client visits and sales follow-ups.

• Prepare quotations, negotiate rates and follow up on customer enquiries.

• Achieve sales targets, KPIs and support business growth initiatives.

• Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth shipment execution.

• Handle customer enquiries, resolve issues and maintain customer satisfaction.

• Prepare sales reports and monitor market trends and business opportunities.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Marketing or equivalent.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in freight forwarding or logistics sales.

• Knowledge of air freight and ocean freight operations will be advantageous.

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients who communicate only in Mandarin.
