Job Description - Sales Support Coordinator (Modern Trade)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator to join our Modern Trade division. The successful candidate will provide administrative and operational support to the Sales Team, ensuring excellent product exposure and good customer service to our key retail and hypermarket customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare quotations, sales reports and other sales-related documents.
  • Maintain and update customer pricing, new product listings and sales records.
  • Coordinate new product listings, promotional activities and price changes with customers.
  • Monitor stock availability and communicate potential shortages to the Sales Team and customers.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports and customer sales analysis.
  • Handle customer enquiries
  • Resolve any sales, goods returns or logistics disputes amicably and professionally with customers.
  • Follow up on promotional claims, rebates and customer documentation where required.
  • Maintain proper filing of sales documents and ensure accuracy of records.
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales Team and perform ad hoc duties assigned by superior.

Requirements

  • Diploma, Higher NITEC or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related discipline.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Customer Service or Sales Administration. Experience in the FMCG or food distribution industry will be an advantage.
  • Experience supporting key accounts, supermarkets or hypermarkets is preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to communicate with Mandarin speaking clients
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Meticulous, fast and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Experience using ERP systems will be an advantage.
  • Company transport available in Hougang, AMK, Yishun & Woodlands area.
  • Able to start work immediately will be preferred.
