Sea Logistics Requirement Engineering Expert, International Supply Chain

The Requirement Engineering ISC Expert leads the development, governance, and continuous improvement of ISC systems and processes within Sea Logistics. This role is responsible for translating business and customer requirements into practical operational and system solutions, supporting strategic initiatives, coordinating end-to-end testing, and ensuring clear process documentation across teams and regions. Success in the role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, systems and process expertise, and the ability to drive customer and operational excellence through collaboration, standardization, and continuous improvement.

You will be responsible for the following:

• Accountable for the process mapping and operational governance of ISC systems and processes, ensuring end to end transparency and alignment across countries, including but not limited to CFS processes, WMS capabilities & order management systems together with KN TMS handling.
• Ensure proper maintenance of work instructions mapped, WIKIs as well customer SOPs.
• Optimizing the operational flows with technology flows based on customer requirements
• Ensuring systems requirements for ISC related requirements are properly translated to operational as well customer facing teams.
• Analysis, design and improvement of our systems landscape.
• Support and collaborate with ISC solution design on best fit operational processes to maximize customer value
• Support OKAM troubleshooting for technical and operational gaps to engineer out inefficiencies and maximize productivity
• Manage stakeholders of different business and functional units including 3rd parties.
• Balance country systems requirements versus global planning to ensure optimal resource allocation.
• Support training initiatives to improve origin performance for ISC services and adoption of technology.
• Develop standard processes in operating within ISC systems
• Review and follow up with countries on data quality and performance metrics
