Senior Analyst, Operational Excellence

Responsibilities:

• Support operational performance improvement by monitoring KPIs, analyzing trends, and identifying performance gaps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and sustain performance targets.
• Identify opportunities to automate and digitalize operational processes to improve productivity and workflow efficiency.
• Design, develop, and deploy digital solutions using automation and low-code technologies in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Lead solution testing, user training, change management, and post-implementation optimization to ensure successful adoption.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through process analysis, workflow optimization, and waste reduction projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related fields.
• At least two years of relevant experience in business analytics, process improvement, automation, or operational excellence is preferred
• Hands-on experiences with Python, VBA, Low-code solutions (PowerApps/Power Automate) and visualization tools (PowerBI).
