About The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team at Gebruder Weiss Pte Ltd in the Central Region. As a full-time position, you will play a crucial role in driving new lead initiatives to generate potential clients.
How You Can Contribute:
Responsible for securing new customers, maintaining and developing existing accounts.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to drive customer retention and expanded business opportunities.
Follow up on customer communications in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.
Prepare sales action plans and strategies.
What We're Looking For:
min.3 years of proven experience in a senior business development or sales role doing hunting, preferably within the Freight Forwarding & Logistics sector.
Demonstrated track record of successfully identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess market trends and develop tailored solutions.
Proficiency in using CRM systems to track and report on sales performance.
