Senior Coordinator, Air Freight Export

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

• Be responsible for processing shipping documents
• Match the pickup order and all relevant documents within the booking slips
• Ensure compliance to customers' shipping requirements/ instructions
• Ensure all assigned jobs are completed efficiently and trasmitted timely
• Ensure copy of all relevant shipping documents are passed to accounts and permit teams for processing
• Fax documents and scan pre-alerts as required
• Sort airway bills and export permits for posting
• Ensure permits are declared for all shipments
• Manage any other jobs as and when necessary

YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Applicants with knowledge and experiencing in managing Air Freight Export Operations preferred
• Good administrative skills
• Results driven and attention to details
• Diploma/ degree with at least 1-3 years of relevant working experience

This role is based at Airport Logistics Park (Alps Avenue) and will be on 5 days work week on rostered afternoon shift duty with hours listed as below. Off and rest day will be scheduled within the weekly rostered shift.

Monday to Friday: 3.00 pm to 12.30 am OR 6.00 pm to 3.30am
Saturday: 2.00 pm to 11.30 pm OR 5.00 pm to 2.30 am
Sunday: 12.00 pm to 9.30 pm
