Senior Executive / Executive, Air Cargo

Job Description:

• Supervise and coordinate daily air export operations, ensuring timely and accurate shipment handling
• Prepare, review, and manage import and export documentation (e.g., airway bills, invoices, packing lists, permits, certificates of origin, etc.)
• Liaise with airlines, freight forwarders, customs, contractors and internal teams to ensure smooth cargo movement.
• Ensure truck dock slot allocation and coordinate with ground handling agents and contractors to optimize cargo flow and minimize delays.
• Monitor shipment schedules, track cargo status, and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, and company policies.
• As an RCA-certified agent, ensure all procedures are strictly followed and conduct regular audits to maintain certification standards.
• Support the Team in developing operational strategies and improving efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records and generate reports on export activities and performance metrics.
• Assist in customer service by addressing inquiries and providing shipment updates.
• Any other tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma holder in logistics discipline
• At least 3 years of air freight related work experience
• Must have experience in handling custom permits
• Able to work independently and as a team
• Good working knowledge for MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
