Job Description:
1. Responsible for accepting customer booking requests, confirming customer booking requirements, and handling customer service;
2. Responsible for import containers for all company routes, verifying import data in the system, and notifying customers;
3. Coordinate and arrange transshipment of incoming cargoes via Singapore to various global destinations;
4. Responsible for the documentation operations related to export and transshipment on all company routes, including the creation, modification, and management of bills of lading;
5. Assist in the daily scheduling, management of containers;
6. Provide valuable support in sales activities related to the shipping and container business. Help in building and maintaining strong customer relationships as part of the sales process.
Job requirement:
1. Minimum qualification: Diploma or equivalent;
2. Shipping line working experience is preferred;
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word;
4. Strong interpersonal skills with a team-oriented attitude;
5. Knowledge of international shipping regulations and logistics processes is a plus.
6. A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing high-quality service and support.
7. A positive attitude and eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute to the company’s success.
8.Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese, as the role requires regular communication with Chinese-speaking customers.
