Senior / Shipping & Logistics Coordinator

Job Description (Main Job Duties)

• Execute end-to-end procurement operations according to Procurement Policy and Procedures.

• Coordinate international logistics, customer service, and shipments, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

• Skilled in handling import/export operations, and multi-modal transport including sea, air, and land freight.

• Oversee import and export activities, customs compliance, freight management, shipping documentation, and logistics coordination across all entities, external providers, and internal cross-functional departments.

• Monitor shipment status, resolve logistics issues, and provide timely updates to stakeholders.

• Support supply chain improvement initiatives through process standardisation, digitalisation, and continuous improvement.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the Manager.

Minimum Qualifications/ Experience Required

• Diploma or higher qualification in an Engineering discipline, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business or a related discipline.

• Relevant working experiences in international shipping, logistics, freight forwarding, import/export operations, or supply chain management.

• Experience in semiconductor, engineering, EPC, healthcare, or manufacturing industries will be an advantage.

• Good understanding of international trade, Incoterms®, customs procedures, and shipping documentation.

• Experience coordinating regional or global shipments.

• Strong communication, coordination and negotiation skills.

• Able to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.

• Keen attention to detail with a careful and precise work approach.

• Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently.

• Team player with integrity, professionalism and a positive attitude to work in fast-paced, dynamic environment.
