Senior Team Lead, Operations @ Tampines

Salary: $4,180 - $5,720

Monday to Friday: 8am - 5:45pm

Job scope:

- Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure timely order fulfilment.

- Manage receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.

- Lead and supervise warehouse staff to meet operational targets.

- Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures, safety, and 5S standards.

- Monitor inventory accuracy and resolve operational issues.

- Drive process improvements and support project implementation.

- Handle customer enquiries and manpower planning.

- Manage staff scheduling, training, and leave administration.

Requirement:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

- Experience with Power BI/Tableau and dashboard reporting.

- Knowledge of process improvement and process mapping.

- Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.

- Able to work with multiple stakeholders and drive improvements.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations / customer service
