Shift Leader

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and arrange warehouse cargo and items to maintain organized storage and timely dispatch
• Move warehouse cargo and items safely to support smooth warehouse operations
• Conduct container stuffing and unstuffing to prepare shipments for transport and receipt
• Apply cargo and material-handling security procedures to protect goods and comply with safety standards

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a valid Singapore Forklift license to operate warehouse machinery safely and legally

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in warehouse or logistics operations
• Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts to meet operational demands
• Availability to work on weekends and public holidays as required
• Willingness to work at Jurong Island location
