Shipping Executive (Air Freight Import OR Export)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle air import or export shipments and prepare shipping documents (AWB, invoice, packing list, permits)
• Submit import or export permits via TradeNet
• Liaise with forwarders, airlines & couriers to ensure smooth and timely shipments
• Coordinate with internal teams for shipment arrangements
• Ensure compliance with trade regulations and documentation requirements
• Track shipments and resolve any issues or delays
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or equivalent
• Min 2 years of experience in air freight (import or export)
• Knowledge of air freight procedures, Incoterms & TradeNet
• Familiar with shipping documentation and compliance
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• DG handling experience is a plus
