SHIPPING LOGISTICS OFFICER

We are a international freight forwarding company, we established in 1995. We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our growing freight forwarding business! If you’re passionate about logistics, and are ready to take on new challenges, we want to hear from you.

JOB SCOPE:

- Assist in coordinating and managing ocean freight shipments.

- Prepare and process shipping documents (e.g., bills of lading, invoices, customs declarations).

- Liaise with customers, carriers, and overseas partners to ensure smooth operations.

- Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve issues.

- Provide customer service by responding to inquiries and updating clients on shipment status.

- Maintain accurate records and update systems with shipment details.

Requirements:

· GCE O Level / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.

· 1- 2 years of working experience in freight forwarding or logistics.

· Good communication skills in English and Mandarin.

· Computer-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team player.

Working Location and Hour

· · Working at AMK AVE 5, TECHPARK II (Central or East of Singapore)

· · Working 5 days with 1 Saturdays monthly on duty

· Singapore Citizen or PR
