Job Summary

Coordinate and manage export sea freight shipments, ensuring timely processing and clear communication with stakeholders. Support ship operations and documentation with accuracy and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate booking, shipment scheduling, and documentation for export sea freight shipments to ensure timely and accurate processing
• Manage email correspondence with local and overseas customers, principals, and agents to facilitate clear communication and promptly resolve operational issues
• Coordinate husbandry service for ships calling Singapore for bunkering.
• Organize and verify shipment documentation and operational tasks with attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Collaborate effectively within a team while independently managing assigned responsibilities to achieve operational goals
• Utilize Microsoft Office applications proficiently to prepare reports, correspondence, and maintain accurate shipment records
• Adapt to fast-paced and dynamic work environments to meet changing operational demands and deadlines

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum Diploma Holder or equivalent

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience working in Shipping Companies preferred
