Shopfront Assistant

We are looking for a Shopfront Assistant to support theday-to-day operations of our shopfront and warehouse. This role is responsiblefor preparing goods for customer collection and delivery, replenishing stock,maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring the shopfront and storage areasremain clean, organised, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process goods according to customer orders and delivery requirements.
• Replenish stock on display racks and designated storage locations to maintain adequate inventory levels.
• Retrieve laminate products for customer self-collection and internal departments.
• Prepare laminate products for local deliveries, Johor Bahru (JB) orders, and customer collections.
• Retrieve and prepare laminates from packaging, including carton boxes and wooden crates where required.
• Process returned goods in accordance with company procedures.
• Identify, report, and assist in handling damaged goods.
• Support the preparation of laminate products for suppliers, catalogues, exhibitions, and other business requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the shopfront, warehouse, and surrounding work areas.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and ensure the proper handling and storage of materials.
• Perform other operational and shopfront support duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory handling is an advantage but not essential.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Responsible, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Basic organisational and communication skills.
• Physically able to perform operational duties, including standing for extended periods, lifting and moving materials, and handling stock safely.
• Ability to follow work instructions and adhere to workplace safety procedures.

Additional Information

• Mon – Fri (8.30am – 5.30pm), Sat (8.30am – 1pm)

• Free two-way transport provided at Yew Tee MRT Station and Admiralty MRT Station
