Store Supervisor

Duties &Responsibilities

1. Work as a Supervisor in the Warehouse and Store Facility at the Factory Division under the direction of the Factory Operations Manager. Responsible for all activities, including manpower arrangement, completion of daily tasks, work quality and team performance, managing the ERP& Seatable system.

2. Supervise and perform the daily management of all products in the issue and receipt of products, and exercise strict control of product movements, including returned products.

3. Plan, execute, and update daily work, including work planning, coordination with others department enquiry, ensuring inbound and outbound activities readiness, and updating product reports.

4. Handle the monthly & yearly inventory stock check & report of all products in the Warehouse and Store Facility.

5. Perform daily Pick & Pack, QC checking of products that have been drawn and assembled for delivery to the assigned driver.

6. Handle the unstuffing and accounting of imported products from the freight container to the Warehouse and Store Facility and issue the GRN. Ensure export arrangements, coordinate with the transporter on timing, and notify the relevant department.    

7. Organise and execute daily 3rdparty logistic delivery, ensuring completion of all drops successfully by updating Seatable platform and records, bill relevancy and improving delivery issues when they arise.

8. Ensuring neat housekeeping and cleanliness for both warehouse and store according to ISO/HACCP requirements.   

9. Drive and lead workplace safety and product security by checking its skill relevancy and system control improvement.            

10. Good command in:

•           FIFO, Products allocation, products reporting

•           HACCP requirement for products storage

•           External receiving facilities timing and planning

11. Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when required to do so by the management.

Qualifications& Skills

1. Supervisory background Preferred in food industry background (min 5 years)

2. Problem-solving with a positive attitude and being a team player

3. Forklift license

4. Require performing overtime when needed.

5. Experience with ERP system and Excel software
