Opening Job Opportunity:

As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will ensure seamless coordination and collaboration with our valued suppliers. 

What You Will Do

• Generating Purchase Orders to suppliers upon approval of Purchase Requisition forms.

• Maintaining and updating the supplier's AVL master database.

• Processing Good Receiving Notes upon receiving supplier's Delivery Orders.

• Collaborating with suppliers and vendors on cost reduction initiatives while ensuring goods and services meet quality standards.

• Reconciling supplier invoices to Finance for month-end invoice payments.

• Supporting annual stock-take and audit exercises.

What You Must Have

• Minimum GCE 'O' Levels qualification

• Relevant work experience of at least 1 year is preferred but not mandatory

What Nice To Have

• Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email)

• Some hands-on experience with ERP system or other relevant system
