Supply Chain Executive

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Executive to join our team. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will support end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, planning, inventory management, logistics coordination, and order fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement and replenishment activities to support customer and service requirements
• Monitor inventory levels, material demand, and purchasing activities using SAP
• Manage purchase orders, supplier follow-ups, and delivery schedules
• Coordinate sales order execution and customer deliveries
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely order fulfilment
• Source suppliers, obtain quotations, and support supplier performance management
• Coordinate import and export shipments with freight forwarders and logistics providers
• Prepare and maintain shipping documentation, permits, and records
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain operations

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related disciplines
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, planning, or import/export operations
• Experience using ERP systems, preferably SAP
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in marine, industrial, engineering, or manufacturing industries will be an advantage
