Supply Chain Executive/Assistant

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain practical exposure to supply chain operations, procurement, logistics coordination and commercial development in the fashion industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the custom clearance, track shipments and process shipping documents.
2. Handle supply chain data, identify inefficiencies, and recommend process improvements.
3. Handle purchase orders, liaise with suppliers, and support procurement operations.
4. Create production and logistics plans, optimize scheduling and resources.
5. Interact with colleagues from Headquarters (Operations, Sales & Marketing, Accounting etc) and external parties (Customers, Suppliers etc).
6. Any other duties as assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

1. Applicants must be Singaporean.
2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
3. Minimum Diploma in Business/Logistics / Supply Chain / Fashion Design or a related discipline.
4. Fluent in written and spoken English & Mother Tongue.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.
6. Detail-oriented, organized and willing to learn in a fast-paced business environment.
7. A proactive team player who can work independently, take initiative and solve problems effectively.
