Supply Chain Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and driven Supply ChainManager to oversee and optimize the company’s end-to-end supply chainoperations within a drone manufacturing environment. The role is responsiblefor procurement, inventory management, production planning coordination,logistics, supplier management, and ensuring timely availability of materialsfor manufacturing operations.

The ideal candidate should possess strong planning andorganizational capabilities, experience in manufacturing supply chains, and theability to manage suppliers, costs, and operational efficiency in a fast-pacedtechnology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Supply Chain & Procurement Management

• Oversee the end-to-end supply chain process including procurement, inventory control, logistics, warehousing, and supplier management.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to support production schedules, operational efficiency, and company growth.
• Source, evaluate, negotiate, and manage relationships with local and overseas suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of raw materials, electronic components, mechanical parts, batteries, and production-related items.
• Monitor supplier performance in terms of quality, cost, delivery timelines, and reliability.

Inventory & Production Planning

• Work closely with production, engineering, and operations teams to forecast material requirements and ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement controls to minimize shortages, excess stock, and obsolete inventory.
• Coordinate material planning and replenishment activities based on production schedules and project timelines.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock movement tracking within ERP/MRP systems.
• Support demand planning and capacity planning activities to align procurement with operational requirements.

Logistics & Operational Coordination

• Manage inbound and outbound logistics, freight coordination, customs documentation, and shipment schedules.
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and shipping requirements for drone-related components and equipment.
• Coordinate with logistics providers, freight forwarders, and warehouses to ensure timely deliveries and cost optimization.
• Monitor and control supply chain costs while maintaining operational efficiency and delivery performance.

Process Improvement & Compliance

• Develop and improve supply chain processes, SOPs, and operational workflows to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Identify supply chain risks and implement contingency plans to mitigate disruptions in material supply.
• Ensure procurement and inventory practices comply with company policies, quality standards, and operational requirements.
• Generate reports and analyze supply chain KPIs such as lead times, inventory turnover, supplier performance, and procurement costs.
• Support audits, documentation, and traceability requirements where necessary.

Team & Stakeholder Management

• Lead and supervise supply chain, procurement, warehouse, or logistics personnel where applicable.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, finance, production, quality assurance, and management teams.
• Maintain strong communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues effectively.

Educational Background

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.

Mandatory Experience

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing procurement, inventory planning, supplier relationships, and logistics operations.
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems for procurement, inventory, and material planning.
• Strong understanding of supply chain operations, inventory control, and production support processes.
• Experience handling overseas suppliers and international shipments.
