Supply Chain Operations Executive (Order Management & Logistics)

Job Summary:

Seeking a detail-oriented executive to manage order processing and logistics operations, ensuring seamless supply flow and timely delivery performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order receipt and processing to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Handle distributor enquiries and provide prompt operational support
• Coordinate with forwarders and suppliers on shipment planning and execution
• Prepare and verify shipping documents (e.g., Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading) for smooth customs clearance
• Process warranty claims, short/incorrect shipment reports, and logistics quality issues
• Execute SAP transactions for supplier and customer invoice payments
• Compile and present monthly KPI and operational performance reports

Requirements

• No experience is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
• Experience or familiarity with SAP for invoice processing is preferred
• Knowledge of shipping documentation and logistics processes is advantageous
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret operational data
• Power BI is an added advantage
• Willingness to travel within Asia when required
