Supply Chain Planner

Role Overview

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, this role is responsible for analyzing regional demand requirements and translating them into effective and executable supply and inventory plans. The incumbent will play a key role in ensuring optimal inventory levels, efficient order fulfillment, and smooth coordination across internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage regional inventory, demand, and supply planning activities for assigned product portfolios.
• Develop and execute demand plans for all shipments from contract manufacturers.
• Collaborate closely with regional sales teams to translate sales forecasts and market data into actionable supply plans.
• Liaise with contract manufacturers to coordinate production schedules and shipment planning.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize excess or shortages.
• Oversee order processing, provide timely feedback, and resolve order-related issues.
• Perform data consolidation, analysis, and preparation of weekly and monthly supply chain reports.
• Build strong working relationships with internal teams (sales, warehouse, customer service) and external partners to enhance supply chain efficiency.
• Work with warehouse and customer service teams to ensure targeted order fill rates and timely fulfillment of daily customer orders.
• Coordinate logistics arrangements, including transportation and delivery scheduling.
• Support management of local online orders and track order fulfillment performance.
• Participate in adhoc projects and assignments as required.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in supply chain planning, demand planning, or inventory management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP/SAP systems is preferred.
• Good understanding of demand planning, inventory management, and logistics processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and regions.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
