The Role

We are looking for a Planner to manage the forecasting for advanced packaging operations. In this role, you will make sure demand and supply match up perfectly across wafers.

You’ll be the bridge between different teams—like Engineering, Factory Planning, and Manufacturing Strategy—helping everyone make smart decisions on capacity and planning scenarios. If you love working with data to solve puzzles and want to help drive process improvements, this is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Forecasting & Planning: Build and maintain demand and start forecasts. You'll run what-if scenarios (both constrained and unconstrained) to see how things like demand changes or yield drops affect the supply plan.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Factory, Supply, and Wafer Sort teams to keep everyone on the same page. You will also partner with Engineering to build yield learning curves into your models.

• Data & Insights: Dive into complex datasets to find trends, spot gaps, and turn them into clear, simple summaries for stakeholders.

• Process Improvement: Help make planning smoother and faster by finding opportunities to automate manual workflows and adopt smarter digital tools.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of planning experience in the semiconductor industry. If you have specific experience with Advanced Packaging planning, that’s a huge plus.

• Tools: Experience using advanced planning systems (like Kinaxis or similar software).

• Skills: Strong analytical mind, great problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate easily with different teams.

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
