Warehousing Company urgently recruiting:

Roles & Responsibilities

Working Days: 5.5Days

Working Hours:

Mon – Fri: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Sat: 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate Proper Handling and Placement of Goods

• Obtain shipping advice, labels/stickers, and the loading schedule.
• Work closely with forklift operators and other warehouse staff to ensure accurate cargo handling and to support smooth and efficient loading operations.
• Verify container manifest, including the container number and seal number.
• Coordinate with the centrepoint driver to bring the assigned cargo to the designated loading bay.

2. Perform Container 7 checkpoint.

3. Tally every single lot of cargo loading/unloading to/from containers.

4. Supervise the loading of goods to ensure stacking of the goods in the container are in good orders.

5. Tally all goods with cargo marking and packing orders to ensure the accuracy to match with outgoing shipments- instruction by customer & label sticker.

6. Ensure that goods loaded are clean and in good condition.

7. Ensure that goods loaded into shipping containers are safely secured to prevent damages during transportation.

8. Check for damages, shortages, or discrepancies between physical items and shipping instruction provided by Nestle warehouse.

9. Report any damages or any anomalies to the Manager.

10. Count goods manually during container stuffing/unstuffing.

11. Make appropriate remarks on the Import/Export manifest when differences are observed between consigned and received quantities.

12. Record the Container Number, Seal Number, Container Tare weight, Destination, Date and Quantities and types of items – Batch/DR No./SSCC in Export Tally List accordance with Nestle’s instructions.

13. Capture pre-loading, loading, and complete-loading photographs in accordance with Nestle’s provided camera & instructions.

14. Submit Export Tally List & Container Inspection Check List to Office.

15. Follow safety and security procedures during loading.

16. Ensure compliance with PSA's policies and regulatory requirements.

Other Duties:

1. Perform ad hoc duties as assigned, including to re-stacking, repalletizing, wrapping of finished goods, and re-arrangement of stock upon request.

2. Perform any other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager from time to time.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in counting and recording

2. Good communication and interpersonal skills

3. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

4. Capability to lift moderate weights, as required

5. Forklift License will be an advantage
