Job Scope:
- Supervise daily inbound/outbound operations and admin team, ensuring KPIs and quarterly targets are met
- Train and support admin/operations staff; resolve booking and operations issues
- Ensure team compliance with HSE, security, quality, and system/customer standards
- Liaise with customers, transporters, and vendors on shipments, returns, and daily issues
- Handle warehouse data entry, pick lists, and generate daily/weekly/monthly reports
- Support system upgrades, continuous improvement initiatives, and team-building efforts
- Manage overtime planning and escalate/recommend action on non-conformance issues
Location: Greenwich
Working Hours: Morning Shifts (Fridays to Tuesdays)
Salary: $2600-3000/Month
Requirements:
• Preferably 3 years of related experience
• Good in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, VBA)
• Experience in using and creating operations dashboards (e.g.
• PowerBI, Tableau) is an added advantage
• Able to communicate effectively with internal / external customers.
• Must have experience in leading a team
