We are looking for a Trade Sales Administrator to join a Singapore-based team to support sales operations one of the soft commodities company. This role plays an important part in coordinating sales orders, preparing export and shipping documents, and supporting both the regional sales team and customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support sales order and contract processing in coordination with the sales manager
• Maintain accurate records of orders, delivery timelines, and pricing
• Liaise with overseas teams on product availability and order fulfillment
• Prepare customer quotations and relevant sales documents
• Coordinate with overseas team timely delivery and export documentation
• Ensure all export documents are correctly prepared and submitted
• Track shipments and proactively update customers on delivery status
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations across Asia markets
• Act as a key support contact for customers and regional sales managers
• Handle day-to-day inquiries and customer feedback professionally
• Support planning for customer visits, samples, and trade events

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or export administration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, CRM, and ERP systems
• Familiar with shipping, import/export documentation, regional regulations
